One Question:

Length: Under 5 pages should be just fine.

We’ve discussed a number of factors in the 1890s which caused it to recognized as one of the periods of greatest change in the history of the United States. Among these changes were such things as technological innovation, “new” immigration, mobility, industrialization, new modes of recreation and leisure, and many others.

  • If you were restricted to discussing only the three most important factors of change, which would you choose and why? Refer as possible to writings in Fink, Chambers, and Schlereth.
